been slacking on this, i know. here's the gist of what i've been eating for dinner lately.

wednesday night: leftover italian food
thursday night: nick's pizza, big salad with gorgonzola, homemade cannoli and tiramisu, wine (1 glass)!
friday night: salmon don, california hand roll, avocado salad, mochi, 1 asahi

breakfast today: eggie in the hole. see my flickr for more info on that! oh, and bacon.

the only letdown i had this week was yesterday at lunch when i had this nasty butternut squash soup from pax.
it was SO salty i had to throw it out. next time: i will trust my instinct!

what have you been eating lately, my meager audience? ;)

12:35 pm - starve all day, eat all night
is the habit i've been into lately.
last night when i got home from work i was famished. i ate some corn chips and some sweet potato chips. 
then, i had horrible gas. oops!
bryan got home late (again) and we had italian food from alba's around 8:30.
i had:
antipasto salad
grilled chicken parm w. linguine

didn't eat too very much of either but still. it's carbs and cheese and the antipasto had salami and provolone. 
mmmmm.

today so far:
peanut butter on wheat bread sammich
half a banana
2 hershey kisses w/ almond 
handful pretzels
water
earl grey tea w/ milk 1 sugar

edited to add (at 6 pm) -----
1 strawberry
1 butter cookie
organic maple oatmeal
organic blueberry yogurt
15 almonds
more water
1 maple cookie
a few peanuts

i eat like a squirrel.

today i emailed bryan, hinting that i want to try the following places:

it's been a while. i do believe i am more strict with my junk food these days and wanted to log what i eat on a typical work day:

organic instant oatmeal
banana or apple
water
tea (earl grey w/ milk and one sugar OR green tea)
brown cow natural yogurt
almonds

plus today- 
2 pieces leftover french toast (no syrup)
2 pieces bacon 

yesterday after getting home from work i was semi-bad and had:
homemade guac (nearly half an avocado worth)
2 leftover hot chicken wing drumettes
small bowl vanilla ice cream

then, when bryan came home at 9:30 he brought me some:
roasted chinese pork!
rice
vietnamese pork chop noodle soup
chinese noodle soup with wonton!

i only ate the roast pork and some vietnamese soup. SO GOOD.

as far as SUGAR drinks, sometimes i have some cranberry juice or part of a coke. i try to be strict about this though.
and i hardly drink alcohol. if i do, i limit myself to 1 drink.

i take a multivitamin pretty regularly these days. 
one thing i need to work on: eating more veggies. i want to start bringing in some raw veg to snack on at work.

i am convinced my boss has ibs or anorexia because she never eats at work. she'll go all day on an apple and a coke. me, i'm another story entirely.

so far today:
1/2 liter bottled water
mini cranberry muffin
mini sesame bagel with cc
portion of spinach fettucine w/ various mushrooms, baby squash, 2 huge scallops,1 grande shrimp a la bryan from last night's dinner

i am going to make a concerted effort to "cardio" this evening.

yeah, i'm turning it into a verb.

i was good w/ sweets today except the margarita was really sweet
edited to add: oops! i forgot i split a mcdonald's hot fudge sundae with bryan. by split i mean i ate most of it.

missed a few days.. let's try to wrap this up.
bad things lately:
pancakes and bacon 2 days in a row. walnut pancakes! mexican two days in a row (one was real, one was taco bell). 1 crab cake.
wine, wine and wine.
butterfinger crisp. dude.

good things:
clementines, OJ, lots of water, pear salad, vitamins. egg whites 2 days in a row.

4:08 pm - day 1 of trying not to be a cow
i made some chicken vegetable soup from scratch today. mmm yummy.
i'm waiting until bryan gets home to eat some.

today i have ingested:

1 serving (1/2 cup) of fiber one cereal with 2% milk
(by the way, fiber one has go to be the nastiest shit ever. it was so hard to swallow! it tells you something when it doesn't even get soggy at ALL.)
1 banana
water
1 serving (2/3 cup) of chex mix with about 10 peanuts mixed in
1 multivitamin
water
2 sections of grapefruit
1 bowl of chicken soup
1 low fat chocolate pudding cup (for the calcium)
water
2 glasses pinot grigio
microwave popcorn

things that will be hard to cut out of my diet if i plan on REALLY losing weight:
peanuts, almonds, nuts in general.
chocolate.
wine. god i love wine.
sugar. (cookies, candy, desserts)
i will not cut carbs out completely but i think i need to monitor and control my carb intake. especially white carbs.

i think i will try to replace sweets with dried fruits and regular fruits.
i will also drink more tea and put honey in it. honey is okay to eat since it's not processed like white sugar.

it's been quite a long time since i kept track of what exactly i eat.
i'm going to try to start this mother up again.

today:
1 packet instant oatmeal w/ water (some variety w/ nuts)
1/3 a bag of microwave popcorn (gave the rest to coworkers)
water
3 fruit mentos
1 barbacoa burrito from chipotle (half for lunch and half for dinner but i did not eat all the rice)
1 small margarita that was mostly ice
one tasti d-lite small wafer cone w/ toasted almond flavor. my favorite flavor and i never usually stumble upon it. my lucky day!
water
one piece of broccoli from bryan's chicken and broccoli
i need more hydration so now i will drink a blue gatorade

i really have to start exercising again. i need to do cardio of some sort. i think i'll start speed walking around my neighborhood and try to find a safe route with not too much traffic.
i need to buy more advanced yoga tapes and start doing more of that as well.
i should find a class to take, too. that way i will be more motivated because i'll have to pay for it.
i have a good foundation as far as my body is concerned, i just need to tone it up in a major way.
i want to lose about 10-15 pounds. right now i weigh 143. it's the most i've ever weighed.

shishaldin has recommended fiber one so i'm going to get some. i hear it fills you up and keeps you really regular. i want to start eating more grapefruit and more fruit in general. also carrots.
i've really been neglecting my 5 fruits/veggies a day.
i also need to buy flintstone vitamins because i think i'd take them more often than i swallow my huge orange horsepill ones.

peanut lovers chex mix (1/2 a bag)

day 4-
peanut lovers chex mix (the rest)
bacon, hash browns, 2 egg whites, OJ (mimosa), blueberry muffin

salad, crab cake, lobster tail, taters, broccoli, more fudge, wine (3 glasses)

day 5 (leaving, thank god!)-
